Purchase and Payment

Q: Your equipment seems perfects for my needs. Where can I buy it? Is there a dealer in my country?

A: There are two general options to buy Photomechanics equipment:

Q: How can I pay for the Item? Can I use credit card, PayPal or bank transfer?

A: We accept credit/debit card payment securely via PayPal. We can also make an invoice for bank transfer payment.

Q: Can I buy as a company or as an individual? Can we sign a contract before I pay?

A: We work both with individuals and companies. We can sign the sales contract with all the specifications of the purchased equipment.

Q: Do you provide warranty?

A: We provide 1 year limited warranty for all the Photomechanics equipment. We also provide lifetime support and updates on Photo3D Studio software.

Technical Features

Q: How many images can be taken with a full rotation of the turntable?

A: 1 to 360 images can be taken in complete rotation.

Q: Will your software synchronize 2 turntables?

A: Yes, our Photo3D Studio can operate two turntables synchronically, but the turntables must be made as "the pair". Please contact us for details.

Q: Can a turntable turn both clockwise and counter clockwise?

A: Yes, it can. Direction is being set in Photo3D Studio while operating the turntable.

Q: Can the turntable run with no stops for the video shooting or demonstration?

A: Yes, it can. You may start and terminate non-stop rotation using Photo3D Studio. 

Q: Does your software works with Windows and MacOS?

A: Our Photo3D Studio Software works under Windows only. If you prefer using Mac, you might like to use Object2VR software. Object2VR is fully compatible with Photomechanics turntables. If Photo3D Studio is neccesary you should use one of the many ways to run Windows on your Mac. Photo3D Studio works well on Mac with any kind of Windows virtual machines etc.

Q: What equipment do I need to start creating 3D/360 animated images?

A: The necessery things are laptop or desktop PC, Photomechanics turntable and DSLR camera. For producing high quality 360 and 3D photographs you also need some environment. Check 3D Photo Studio Kits page for variants.

Q: Do you have anyone in the US or Europe, currently using your equipment that I could get a referral or feedback from as to how they like it?

A: For now we have clients in 15 countries and counting. Check Customers Feedback page.

Q: Can I purchase Photomechanics equipment in the United States?

A: Yes, we can easily ship all you need to any of the states.

Q: How long would it take to get to me?

A: It depends on where you are located, how bulky is your order and what shipping method is used. Contact us for details.

Q: How long is Photomechanics K-100 (K-150 Arm)

A: K-100 is 1 meter long. K-150 is 1.5 meter long. The distance is measured from the center of rotation to the camera film plane.

Q: Can the Wi-Fi be controlled via also USB?

A: Yes, Wi-Fi turntables works both with USB and Wi-Fi control.
