Delivery and payment
Payment methods
We accept two main methods of payment.
If you want to pay online, you could do it via PayPal in USD (United States Dollars). It is the fastest way, because it usually takes about some seconds for money to arrive.
You also could ask Photomechanic’s manager for invoice and pay it via bank transfer. It takes about 2 or 3 business days for money to arrive.
Order price DO NOT includes import taxes and duties. You could contact Photomechanic’s managers or your local custom office to clarify your country’s import conditions.
Shipping conditions
We usually ship orders in 2 days after receiving a full payment. Main warehouse is located in Russia. All orders are shipped from there.
We use Airpost delivery to the nearest airport. Shipping time may vary and depends on destination country but approximately takes about one week.
If you want you could choose any other delivery company like DHL or DPD. Contact us to know exact information.
If product is out of stock, you could submit your request, and we will get in touch with you as soon as the product in.
Order cancelation
Order could be cancelled and money refunded in first two hours after it was paid. If order was shipped it could be only replaced if it has manufacturing malfunction.
Warranty
